We are committed to providing our customers with a high quality of service and care. Sytecnic will provide a warranty on our goods sold for any products (or parts of) that are faulty and need repair.
The information contained in this policy will provide you with the information on how to exercise the policy.
Warranty
Sytecnic will provide a one (1) year parts replacement service for any product sold that are faulty and need to be replaced, excluding the battery.
The battery will have a six (6) month replacement warranty.
The warranty starts at the time of purchase of the products/goods.
The customer must contact Sytecnic, via email and provide a photograph of the part and any serial number associated with the part or product purchased.

Shipping
All replacement parts will be shipped to the customer at no charge or fee to be paid by the customer to receive the new parts.
